The ScrumMaster's role is to maximize the team's efforts toward its goals while removing the impediments that stand in its way.

Our are Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) scrummaster logocourses led by Certified ScrumMaster Trainers  and often put on in conjunction with our partners. The course gave me a solid foundation to understand Scrum. Because I attended it without actual experience of Scrum, it was difficult to contribute to the class. But it was a good opportunity to hear others' project experience. Thank you.

There was a lot of discussion about real world project situations and how to deal with them with Scrum. I thought it was a little light on Scrum background and theory which might have been a problem for people who had not worked with Scrum or read extenisvely about it.

The course really gave more strength and perspective to my knowledge of Agile. Doug Shimp (trainer) rocked in every single way, providing assitance and quick answers to our questions.

He promoted discussion, and critical thinking in every subject. The trainer shared his unrivaled skills and insights about how to really use scrum in practical and realistic ways.

These were days to be remembered as a pleasurable, and magnificent class.

And most important I had fun while learning.

    Thanks a bunch!

The course definitely helped strengthen my Agile project management skills. Specifically, I was interested in learning how Scrum can be applied to large teams/projects and the instructor gave me some very good pointers. The course was also highly interactive and the instructor kept the group engaged through multiple team exercises. Overall, the course was well structured and I walked out of the course with great satisfaction. Thank you so much.....

I wanted to get a better understanding of SCRUM and how to use this process in my day to day operations. Rod & 3back team helped me in getting that knowledge.
Thanks for all the effort that you guys put into HardTimes.

The course was well layed out, the exercises and real life experiences that were part of the course helped to drive home the application of agile methodology. I have been trained, educated, and work in a more traditional PM environment using traditional PM methodologies and techniques. The Scrum course and Agile methodology really helped me understand and apply another technique toward accomplishing projects and tasks in a much more leaner, efficient manner.

This course assumed some basic knowledge of scrum, because a good portion of the time was taken up in simulations, where it's helpful to understand the path a bit beforehand. This was exactly what I was looking for, so I could get first-hand experience of developing in an agile way, rather than a merely theoretical understanding (I can always read about it if I need that). Doug kept things hopping and forced us to engage with, not just think about, agile development techniques.

Rod is a great trainer and course was a fantastic experience by immersing us into real life scenarios of developing projects using Scrum.

This course was well designed and delivered. The main feature of this course was on ‘enabling students to start using SCRUM starting from Monday'. To this extent, there was ample opportunity to ‘practice' SCRUM rather than simply learning about SCRUM. Unlike other similar training classes, the organizers and faculty (Rod, Dough, and Tariq) were extremely focused on students' needs rather than simply ‘delivering' some information! I recommend this to all who work with teams on any project!

The course was structured well with assignments. Rod was good had a good grasp on SCRUM & shared his experiences.

I'm an IT professional working as an Business Information Analyst for sometime now. I was looking to learn about new process methodologies and the difference between the old and new methodologies.

The CSM course was the perfect match for what I was looking for. The course was completely based on exercises which helped me understand the concepts quickly and effectively unlike the theory based courses.

This course was an excellent introduction to Scrum. Rod is a fantastic teacher. I generally hate group exercises. Rod's were fun, and informative. This was the best training I have ever had. Well worth the money, time and effort.
