Over time, forward-thinking organizations recognized the power of effective teams led by a single Product Owner. These organizations sought practical guidance on building Scrum Teams that work for them. To address this need, we developed the ScrumH Model of Single-Team Scrum. This model demonstrates how a single team can deliver valuable results to stakeholders by implementing a streamlined and adaptable version of Scrum. It provides the necessary definitions, instructions, and flexibility to create successful teams within any organization.
Multi-Team Scrum builds upon the concept of Single-Team Scrum by Scaling Scrum with Scrum® and continues the Scrum Handbook series.
This study guide has two purposes. The first is to help you pass the Certified Scrum Master test. The second is to give you a deeper understanding of Scrum. This enables you to apply it successfully to your real world needs.
Scrum is a widely used Agile Development Framework that has evolved since its discovery in 1995. Over time, Scrum practitioners learned what works and what doesn’t, leading to continual adjustments. By late 2013, the framework began to stabilize, reflecting Scrum’s own “inspect and adapt” process. This book captures that stabilized version, explaining how and why it reached its current form.
