The reality is that work, especially complex work that we love, is beautifully messy. That’s why as a Well-Formed Team it’s important to “clean as we go,” meaning each of us goes to great lengths to keep our work prioritized, organized, and squeaky clean. We try our hardest to remember what Mahatma Gandhi once said, “I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.” We “wash our feet” a lot; cultivating better collaboration, and making each of us and our Team, smarter, Scrummier and more successful.
And that is why this month’s Agile Attractor is Clean Up.
We hope our Agile Attractors resonate with you and your Team as well, adding context to help navigate through your own company’s experiences.
Looking for more Agile Attractors that may hit the mark with your own company’s experience? Here’s the eight we’ve shared so far this year: Bias for Action, Laugh Often and Smile, Avoid and Eliminate Confusion, KISS, No Head Works Alone, Quality Products at a Sustainable Pace, Pride in Craftsmanship, and Everyone Engaged.
As Always, Stay Agile.
