Course Policy – 3Back
At 3Back, we offer flexible learning options, including On-Demand, In-Person, and Live Online Public Courses. Please review our course policies below:
On-Demand Advanced and CSP Course Policy
- Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within seven days of purchase, provided the course has not been started. Once the course begins, it is non-refundable.
- Course Completion Window: You have three months from the date of purchase to complete the course.
- Extension: If needed, you can extend the completion window by three months for a $125 fee.
- Non-transferable: Once started, courses cannot be transferred to another individual.
In-Person and Live Online Public Course Policy
- Cancellations: You may cancel for a full refund up to seven business days before the course start date. If you cancel within seven business days of the course, a $99 cancellation fee will apply.
- Rescheduling: Life happens! We are happy to reschedule your course to another 3Back event. However, rescheduling within two business days of the course will incur a $99 fee. If you reschedule more than once, each additional reschedule will also incur a $99 fee.
- No Shows and Partial Attendance: No refunds or credits are provided if you fail to attend or complete the course.
- Substitutions: You may substitute another team member or colleague at any time before the course begins.
- Retakes: We offer two complimentary seats per live online public course for students who have already completed the same course. This offer is on a first-come, first-served basis and applies only within six months of your original course completion.
In-Person Course Specific Policies
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule within seven business days of the course, there is a $150 fee. Rescheduling more than once will also incur a $150 fee for each instance.
- Cancellations: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 business days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 14 business days will incur a $150 fee.
Foundational Courses Policy
All foundational courses, such as CSM and CSPO, require a minimum of 14 hours of student-instructor contact for virtual classes, which must be completed within the scheduled dates.
